We’d love to hear from you, but we have some ground rules!

1. No technical questions please. We have a saying “We’re not your tech support!”. If you’re having a plugin conflict, or something on your site is not displaying correctly, this is not the place to ask;

2. We worked for many years to get our time freedom back. While this means we may have more time than most other people, it also means that we value our time more than many. We will get back to you as soon as we can;

3. We also wrote the book “Retail Rebellion” to answer a lot of questions about ecommerce and lifestyle design, so we would definitely prefer you read the book first, so that you can avoid asking questions we’ve already answered.

Having said all that, we also realise that starting any online business can be a lonely game, especially when you are getting started. Don’t be afraid to get in touch below!
